House of Simeon
For those who desire to visit the ministry in person, God has graciously provided the School with a fully furnished guest house directly across the street from the sanctuary and discipleship houses. With this "House of Simeon" we are able to accommodate friends of the ministry who live out of state and any immediate family of a student in the discipleship program. Since the house was opened in 2005 nearly everyone having stayed leaves with an intimate experience with the Lord. The Lord has graciously poured out His Spirit on some and brought renewal in the lives of others. We would love for you to receive a life changing encounter with God through your stay at the house. The name was inspired by the event recorded in the Gospel of Luke (chapter 2:25-30).
"And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. And it was reveled unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord's Christ. And he came by the Spirit into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law, Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, Lord, now Lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: For mine eyes have seen thy salvation."
There are so many who have been touched by the Lord, but Simeon desired to touch the Lord and God richly honored that heart desire in the temple as this man Simeon held the King of Kings and Salvation of the whole world in his arms. The scripture says that he "blessed God" and 2000 years later the opportunity is still provided to follow Simeon's example.
